Project work is fixed-fee against a fixed scope. Retainers are monthly, priced by channel count and delivery volume. Paid media management is either a flat fee or a percentage of spend, whichever suits your scale. All quoted before work starts.

No. Media is billed directly to your account by the platform. Our fee is separate and visible. Some agencies bury a margin in the media buy; we do not.

Only on engagements where we control the full funnel and attribution is clean, which is rare. Otherwise it creates incentives to chase attributable-but-worthless conversions. We would rather be paid for good work than for good tracking.

Technical fixes can register in 4–6 weeks. Meaningful ranking and traffic change typically appears between months three and six, and compounds after that. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is describing a different, riskier product.

Through digital PR and genuine editorial placement on publications with real traffic. No private blog networks, no bulk directories, nothing you will need to disavow in two years.

Not if the migration is planned. Redirect mapping, URL preservation where sensible, and staged rollout with monitoring are standard on every rebuild. Ranking loss during migration is a planning failure, not an inevitability.
