Information we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company name and anything else you type into a form on this site or send us by email.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring source, and interaction events. This is collected through Google Analytics 4 and, where you have consented, advertising pixels.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Invoicing is handled through a third-party processor.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you have asked about.
To improve this website and understand which content is useful.
To send marketing communications where you have opted in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Legal basis
Where GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), performance of a contract (delivering services you have engaged us for), and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, securing the site, improving our services).
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from last contact unless you become a client, in which case they are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for accounting purposes.
Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or withdraw consent.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what is collected and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls on internal systems, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected individuals and regulators of a qualifying breach as required by law.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
