What we hear

The problems that keep coming up

Four things we hear on almost every first call in this sector. If two or more sound familiar, the fix is usually structural rather than a bigger budget.

  • Produce buyers, packing sheds and grocery chains verify a Harmonized GAP or PrimusGFS audit and pull your USDA Organic listing from the INTEGRITY database before anybody picks up a phone. When the certificate, certifier and anniversary date are nowhere on the site, procurement stalls at verification.

  • Pecan harvest, the chile run, u-pick weekends and the January CSA sign-up window deliver most of a year's direct revenue in a handful of weeks. Flat monthly advertising wastes money through the quiet stretch and runs out exactly when the fruit is ready to sell.

  • A farmer shortlisting a used baler spends months on TractorHouse and Machinery Pete before he ever loads a dealer site. If the used equipment page has not synced with ASPEN or DIS since Tuesday, the unit he drove ninety miles to see is already sold.

  • A grain buyer wants moisture, test weight, volume available and a delivery window. A farm-shop customer wants Saturday hours and whether the market stall takes SNAP. Sites that split the difference answer neither buyer, and the wholesale contract is worth far more than the Saturday till.

  • NRCS EQIP and state cost-share sign-up windows decide when a grower converts flood to drip — not your promotion calendar. Irrigation dealers advertising at one steady rate all year miss the application period entirely, then arrive after the funding is allocated with nothing left to compete on but price.

  • Texas buyers expect qualifying feed, fencing and equipment to ring up tax-free against an ag/timber registration number. Most farm-supply carts have no field for it, so the order is abandoned at checkout or the customer phones the counter and somebody re-keys the whole thing by hand.

Our approach

How We Fix It for Agriculture

Four moves, in this order. The sequence matters more than any individual tactic.

01

You Own Every Account

The site, the domain, the ad accounts, the tracking numbers and the customer list are registered to your farm from day one. The number on the gate sign stays yours, along with its whole call history.

02

The Elevator and the Farm Shop

Across sixteen years and 3,000-plus businesses we have built the wholesale procurement page and the Saturday farm-shop checkout, often for the same operation. They need different pages, different forms and completely different follow-up.

03

We Write to Your Farm Software

John Deere Operations Center, DairyComp 305, AgriWebb, FieldNET or a dealer system — we integrate where an API exists and design a clean handoff where it does not. The website should never create re-keying.

04

Published Pricing, 30-Day Terms

Our starting price is published, terms are thirty days and there is no long lock-in. An operation paid twice a year at harvest should not be tied to a flat commitment through the months with no income.

What we do for you

Everything a agriculture business needs, under one team

Website solutions

  • Live equipment inventory pulled from ASPEN, DIS or your dealer system, with hours, serial number and finance enquiry on every unit
  • Certification panels publishing your USDA Organic listing, certifier, Harmonized GAP or PrimusGFS audit scope and liability cover
  • Farm shop and CSA pages carrying pickup windows, delivery zones and honest field-status notices when a crop is not ready
  • Commodity pages built per crop — pecans, chile, alfalfa, milk, eggs — with variety, grade, volume available and delivery terms
  • Herd and genetics pages with registration numbers, EPDs, pedigree, sale catalogues and lot detail
  • Pages that load on one bar of rural LTE, because half your buyers open them from a tractor cab

Lead generation

  • Separate funnels for wholesale procurement and direct-to-consumer buying — a packing shed and a Saturday shopper share nothing
  • Equipment enquiry forms capturing acreage, current machine, trade-in and finance intent, routed to the right salesperson
  • Cost-share campaigns for irrigation and conservation work, timed to the NRCS EQIP and state sign-up periods
  • Geo-targeting by irrigation district, county and drive time rather than a radius that crosses a mountain range
  • Agronomy and consulting enquiry forms that qualify on acres, crop and current programme before a call is booked
  • Call tracking split by line — farm shop, wholesale, parts, service and equipment sales

Marketing

  • Local SEO for farm shop, u-pick, feed store and dealership searches across the counties you actually serve
  • Paid search structured around the calendar — planting, harvest, sale day and the CSA sign-up window
  • Content answering what buyers phone to ask: harvest timing, minimum order, grading standards, delivery radius, pickup rules
  • Generative engine optimisation, because a shopper asking an assistant where to buy raw honey or pecans near El Paso gets named farms and no link
  • Retargeting built for capital equipment, where the decision runs across seasons and one visit never closes it

Social media

  • Field, herd and harvest footage shot vertically, which is the only format the farm audience actually watches
  • Market-day and u-pick posts carrying real field status, so nobody drives an hour to a picked-over row
  • Grower and rancher content aimed at other operators, where the audience is B2B despite looking like lifestyle
  • Review handling across Google, Facebook and the marketplace profiles wholesale buyers read before ordering
  • Meta lead forms capturing acreage, crop and county rather than a bare email address

CRM & GoHighLevel

  • GoHighLevel pipelines split by line: wholesale accounts, farm shop customers, equipment buyers and service work
  • Long-cycle nurture on capital equipment, where the gap between first enquiry and purchase order runs into seasons
  • Two-way texting from the number on the gate sign, which is the number growers already have saved
  • Missed-call text-back on parts and service lines that ring out through planting and harvest
  • Account tagging for repeat wholesale buyers, so a standing weekly order stops being logged as a new lead

Automation

  • CSA and box-subscription reminders tied to pack day, with skip, pause and substitution handled without a phone call
  • Harvest and market-day notifications sent only to the list that asked about that specific crop
  • Service reminders driven by machine hours and season, so a dealer books winter shop work before the spring rush
  • Certification renewal prompts ahead of your organic anniversary date and audit window
  • Post-purchase review requests sent to the customer who collected, not the account that was invoiced

E-commerce

  • Farm shop stores with hanging-weight pricing for beef, pork and lamb sold by the half or quarter
  • CSA and box subscriptions with pickup point selection, delivery routes and seasonal pauses
  • Texas ag/timber exemption numbers captured and applied at checkout instead of settled by phone
  • Parts catalogues with model and serial lookup, stock status and counter pickup
  • Pre-orders and deposits on next season's seed, chicks, transplants or breeding stock
  • Freight, cold-chain and pickup-only rules set per product, because a live plant does not ship like a cap
Built in

Features this sector actually needs

  • Certificates Where Buyers Look

USDA Organic listing, certifier, anniversary date, Harmonized GAP or PrimusGFS audit scope and liability cover published on the page, so a procurement officer verifies you without opening a ticket.

  • Live Dealer Inventory

New and used machines pulled from ASPEN, DIS or your dealer system with hours, serial, photographs and finance enquiry — refreshed on a schedule rather than by hand on a Tuesday.

  • Field-Status Notices

A banner the crew updates from a phone: rows picked out, gate closed for rain, honey sold through. It stops the drive that ends in a bad review.

  • Ag Exemption at Checkout

The Texas ag/timber registration number captured at checkout, held against the account and applied to qualifying items, so tax-free orders stop becoming calls somebody re-keys by hand.

  • Hanging-Weight Meat Checkout

Halves, quarters and bulk beef sold with hanging-weight pricing, cut-sheet selection and a deposit, then final billing once the processor returns the actual weight.

  • Herd and Sale Catalogues

Registration numbers, EPDs, pedigree, video and lot order published for a bull or replacement heifer sale, searchable before the day and archived after it.

  • Commodity Enquiry Forms

Volume, variety, grade, moisture, packaging and delivery window collected in one pass, so the first reply to a packing shed is a real quote rather than another question.

  • Irrigation Cost Calculators

Acre-inch, pump-hour and drip-conversion figures a grower can run on the page, alongside the NRCS EQIP and state cost-share windows that decide when the job gets funded.

  • Season Switch Pages

U-pick, harvest, CSA sign-up and sale-day pages built once and switched on by date, then retired without anyone rebuilding the navigation every year.

It depends on your dealer system. Charter Software ASPEN, DIS and most modern platforms export inventory, so units, hours, serial numbers and photographs publish automatically and drop off when sold. Older systems sometimes produce only a nightly file, which still works. Where nothing exports at all, we build a single entry screen your parts manager fills in once, rather than maintaining the same machine on the website, on TractorHouse and on a printed list.
