What we hear

The problems that keep coming up

Four things we hear on almost every first call in this sector. If two or more sound familiar, the fix is usually structural rather than a bigger budget.

  • No operator issues a PO to a company without an executed master service agreement, a prequalification grade on ISNetworld or Veriforce, and a certificate of insurance carrying additional insured status and a waiver of subrogation at the limits their contract demands. Supply chain checks all of it before a superintendent is permitted to call you. Almost no site in this trade publishes any of it.

  • A completions engineer searches an API 6A pressure rating, a 5CT grade, a connection type or a part number read off a serial plate. A maintenance planner searches a model and a failure. Pages headed Quality Oilfield Solutions match none of that, and the catalogue PDF where the real detail lives is close to invisible to search engines and assistants alike.

  • When WTI slides and the Baker Hughes count drops, marketing is the first line cut, then rebuilt from zero eighteen months later at the exact moment every competitor is bidding for the same clicks. Everything that compounds — the site, the spec content, reviews, an email list of buyers — gets thrown away twice a decade.

  • MSA confidentiality clauses and operator communication policies mean the case study that would sell the work cannot be published. So most firms publish nothing at all, and the site says less than a business card. The proof still exists — it just has to be written by basin, scope and measured result rather than by logo.

  • Whether you get the callout depends on where your yard sits relative to Loving, Reeves, Culberson, Ward, Lea and Eddy counties, and on how long a crew takes to reach the location. A site with one address in the footer and a Service Areas page listing thirty town names answers none of that.

  • Winning a spread you cannot staff costs more than losing it. CDL drivers with tanker and hazmat endorsements, welders holding API 1104, experienced operators and lease pumpers all turn over hard, and the careers page asks a field workforce to upload a PDF resume in one language. Nothing screens for DISA consortium status, orientation currency or distance to the yard.

Our approach

How We Fix It for Oil & Gas

Four moves, in this order. The sequence matters more than any individual tactic.

01

You Own Every Account

The domain, hosting, ad accounts, tracking numbers, CRM and every enquiry record are registered to your company from day one. The number on the yard sign stays yours, with its full call history, whoever you work with next.

02

We Write From the Scope, Not a Keyword Tool

Copy comes out of your MSA, your safety manual, your spec sheets and a morning spent at the yard. A superintendent can tell inside a paragraph whether the writer has ever stood on a location.

03

We Build for the Down Cycle

The assets we build — the site, spec pages, prequalification records, content, your own list of buyers — keep working when the rig count falls. A programme that only functions while paid spend is switched on is not worth owning in this sector.

04

Verified Inside the Platforms

Google Partner, Meta Business Partner, Microsoft Advertising and BBB Accredited, with sixteen years and more than 3,000 businesses behind the work. Buyers in this trade check credentials as a reflex, and ours are checkable.

05

Published Pricing, 30-Day Terms

Pricing starts from $200 and that figure is a floor rather than a quote — the final number depends on scope, pages, features, integrations, marketing, advertising and automation. Thirty-day terms, no long lock-in, which is the same courtesy your own customers expect.

What we do for you

Everything a oil & gas business needs, under one team

Website solutions

  • A prequalification panel carrying ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce status, TRIR, EMR and DART, insurance limits, W-9 and a certificate request routed straight to your broker
  • Yard pages with real addresses, the counties each one genuinely covers, callout radius and response window, rather than a single address in the footer
  • Basin pages for the Delaware, Midland, Eagle Ford, Anadarko and whichever plays you actually crew, written with county names and haul distances
  • Equipment pages built on the attributes people search — pressure rating, bore, connection, material class, temperature range, NACE MR0175 sour service status
  • Capability statements and certification matrices published as indexable pages as well as a download, because operator vendor registration asks for both
  • A separate 24-hour callout path with its own number that reaches whoever is on tour instead of an office that closed at five

Lead generation

  • Separate funnels and tracking numbers for vendor registration, callouts, parts and equipment RFQs, rental reservations and engineering scopes
  • Paid search built on the vocabulary of the job — workover rig, saltwater disposal, wellhead repair, compressor rental, tank battery construction — with the county attached
  • LinkedIn aimed at supply chain and category managers, drilling and production superintendents, facilities engineers and integrity managers, who together sign off an MSA
  • Campaigns built around the Permian Basin International Oil Show, OTC, NAPE and SPE ATCE, with meetings booked before the floor opens rather than badges scanned afterwards
  • RFQ forms capturing well count, pad location, pressure and temperature, H2S presence, mobilisation window and the incumbent situation
  • Recruitment campaigns for drivers, operators and welders, reported as cost per screened applicant rather than as clicks

Marketing

  • Local SEO yard by yard and service line by service line, since a superintendent searches the service and the county and never your company name
  • Content on what buyers genuinely look up: what an API Q1 or Q2 audit involves, what OOOOb means for a compressor fleet, how Railroad Commission permitting sequences, what a day rate covers
  • Standards and certification pages for API, ASME Section VIII, AMPP and PHMSA operator qualification coverage, because engineers search the standard before the supplier
  • Generative engine optimisation, because a procurement lead now asks an assistant for vendors covering the western Delaware and gets names back with no links
  • Anonymised proof written to survive a confidentiality clause: basin, scope, equipment, constraint and the measured result, with no operator named
  • A reduced always-on presence held through the soft part of the cycle rather than switched off and rebuilt from nothing at the top

Social media

  • LinkedIn as the primary channel, because supply chain, engineering and integrity buyers are there and effectively nowhere else in a work context
  • Field and shop video shot vertically — a wellhead dressed, a coil unit rigged up, a vessel hydrotested, a skid loaded out — which reads as real to people who do the work
  • HSE content that doubles as proof: recordable-free hours, JSA discipline, stop-work authority, training and orientation renewals
  • Recruitment content in English and Spanish aimed at drivers, operators and welders on the platforms they actually check

CRM & GoHighLevel

  • GoHighLevel, HubSpot or Salesforce pipelines built to the real stages — vendor registration, prequal, MSA executed, RFQ, award, mobilisation
  • Operator accounts held as parent records with individual pads, facilities, districts and superintendents beneath them
  • MSA, insurance and prequalification expiry dates tagged, so a lapsed certificate is caught before a purchase order is refused
  • Quote history attached to the equipment, spec and serial rather than to whichever contact happened to email
  • Speed-to-lead SMS on callouts, with missed-call text-back on the after-hours line that rings out more often than anyone admits

Automation

  • Callout enquiries routed by service line, severity and nearest yard, with an SMS reaching whoever is on tour the moment the form lands
  • Certificate of insurance, W-9, safety manual and capability statement released automatically when a supply chain contact asks for them
  • Prequalification and certification renewal reminders for ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce, raised well before a grade slips
  • Quote follow-up on long-lead equipment, where a decision can sit for months between AFE approval and a released PO
  • Applicant routing by licence class, endorsement, orientation currency and distance to the yard, straight to the crew that is short-handed

E-commerce

  • Parts, consumables and PPE catalogues with account pricing, quantity breaks and net terms alongside card payment
  • Punchout for customers buying through SAP Ariba or Coupa, so line items arrive in their system correctly coded
  • Rental catalogues showing fleet availability, day and monthly rates, and a reservation that reaches the yard rather than an inbox
  • A quote-only route for anything specified by pressure rating, metallurgy or lead time, because that never belongs in a cart
Built in

Features this sector actually needs

  • The Prequal Pack, on the Page

ISNetworld grade, Avetta and Veriforce status, TRIR, EMR and DART, insurance limits, W-9 and API Q1, Q2 or ISO 9001 certificate references, with a certificate of insurance request routed straight to your broker.

  • Yards, Counties and Drive Time

Yard addresses, the counties each one genuinely covers, callout radius and response window, plus an honest split between what you self-perform and what you sub out. Those are the first questions a superintendent asks.

  • Products Found by Spec and Serial

A page per model carrying pressure rating, bore, connection, material class and NACE MR0175 sour service status, with data sheets and parts breakdowns published as pages rather than locked inside a catalogue PDF.

  • A Callout Line That Reaches a Human

A separate 24-hour number with severity triage, routing to whoever is on tour and missed-call text-back, tracked apart from sales so you can see what the three o'clock call is genuinely worth.

  • RFQ Forms That Scope the Job

Well count, pad location and county, pressure and temperature, H2S presence, day or spread rate expectation, mobilisation window and start date captured in one pass, so estimating begins before anyone drives out.

  • Proof That Survives an NDA

Project pages written by basin, scope, equipment and measured result — non-productive time avoided, turnaround days recovered — with no operator named and nothing published that your MSA forbids.

  • Engineering Sold Through Its People

Named engineers with PE licence numbers, discipline, years in the basin and the software they actually work in, from Aspen HYSYS to AutoCAD Plant 3D and PIPESIM, because a consulting scope is bought from a person.

  • A Bilingual Recruitment Funnel

An application a driver or operator can finish on a phone in English or Spanish, screening CDL class and endorsements, DISA consortium status, SafeLandUSA or PEC orientation currency, welding tickets and distance to the yard.

Oil & Gas questions

Any question in your mind?

The questions we get asked most, answered without the sales gloss. If yours is not here, ask us directly — you will get a straight answer either way.

Book 30 minutes with a strategist. No deck, no pitch — just answers about your situation.

Book a call

Every one of those routes still passes through the site. A supply chain manager evaluating you for an approved vendor list opens it before she opens your prequalification file. A referral checks you before ringing. And the callout search at three in the morning, when a pump is down in Reeves County, involves no relationship at all. The site's job is to survive those screens — prequalification status, insurance limits, certifications, yards, coverage — and then make an RFQ or a callout effortless. We report it in vendor registrations, RFQs and callouts rather than in sessions, because sessions are not what your business runs on.
