Conversions defined as something that pays
A form submission is not a customer. We wire conversions to qualified leads and, where the CRM allows, to closed revenue — so the algorithm optimises for what you sell rather than what is easy to count.
We build and run Google Ads search campaigns judged on cost per acquired customer, not on clicks or impression share. Your account, your data, our management fee stated separately from spend.

The problem
Most underperforming accounts share the same three faults: broad match with no negative list, conversions counted at form view rather than qualified lead, and a landing page that is the homepage. The result is a healthy-looking dashboard and a sales team that never sees the leads.

Broad match and Performance Max will spend on anything if permitted. The search terms report is where the waste is visible, and the negative list is the only thing that stops it. This is unglamorous and it is most of the job.
One page per promise, navigation stripped, one action. Sending paid traffic to the homepage is the most expensive default in the account, and it is usually the fastest fix available.
A percentage-of-spend fee rewards the agency for spending more. Ours is a flat management fee, invoiced separately, so the incentive to raise your budget is not built into the contract.
Tools we use
Still deciding
PPC buys traffic today and stops when you stop. SEO compounds and takes months. Most businesses need both, in that order.
Google captures demand that already exists. Meta creates demand that does not. Start with whichever describes your product.
